A program born from loss, built on purpose. The Ali Manaro Fund provides free personal coaching and online programming to first responders and healthcare workers — funded by the ATA community, delivered by Rich Manaro.
Ali Manaro was 14 years old when she passed away in her sleep. A three-sport athlete. A 4.0 student. The kind of person who made everyone around her feel more alive. She never got the chance to live out her potential — but her spirit doesn't have to stop with her.
The Ali Manaro Fund First Responder Program exists to honor what she stood for. The nurses, the paramedics, the firefighters, the ICU workers — these are the people who show up every single day for everyone else. They pour themselves out. They deserve someone in their corner too.
Rich donates his coaching hours completely free. The ATA community funds the program. Three people per year get access to elite coaching and online programming that changes their life — in honor of the girl who would have given anyone the same.
ATA members and supporters can contribute to the Ali Manaro Fund in two ways — a monthly add-on to their membership, or a one-time contribution at any amount. Every dollar goes directly into the fund. Rich's hours are donated on top of that.
Prefer to give once? Every amount makes a direct impact. Choose any amount or give what feels right.
Rich personally selects every recipient. This is not an open application — it is an invitation. Recipients are chosen because Rich believes in them, because their story reflects the spirit of Ali, and because they are genuinely ready to do the work.
Every fund recipient receives the same level of coaching and programming as a paying ATA member. Rich donates every hour. The fund covers the operational costs. Recipients receive everything they need to transform.
A Champion gives $100 or more per month to the Ali Manaro Fund. With permission, we recognize them here — because every recipient who walks through this program does so because of these names.
The first Champions will be recognized here as they join. Be one of them — become a Champion.
